Independent research; no personalized investment advice
AltQ publications, AQ Score™ ratings, AQ Review™ reports, Data Trust indicators, fund identity records, research narratives, visualizations and comparisons are provided solely for general research and information. They are not individualized investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, including where provided through a paid subscription, or an offer, solicitation, guarantee or instruction to buy, sell, hold or redeem any security or fund interest. AltQ does not assess a fund's suitability for any particular person or account.
Subscribers must make independent judgments and, where applicable, meet their own fiduciary, regulatory and professional obligations. This content is designed to supplement, not replace, the official prospectus, shareholder reports, statement of additional information, tender or repurchase documents, audited financial statements and other applicable fund disclosures.
Sources, accuracy and reporting dates
Research may use regulatory filings, prospectuses, fund and manager statements, public market information, historical prices and, where available, voluntarily supplied evidence. Automated processing and analytical models may assist in extracting, reconciling, estimating and interpreting information. Despite quality-control processes, sources and models may be incomplete, inconsistent, delayed or erroneous.
Reports may combine data with different as-of dates, periods, legal entities, fund share classes, fee bases and accounting conventions. Comparisons should be made only when those bases are compatible. A report's publication date is not the date of every underlying observation. Figures may be rounded, revised or recalculated after new documents or corrections arrive. Absence of a value does not establish zero exposure or risk.
AltQ does not independently audit every source or verify every manager valuation. No research score, report or identity certificate constitutes an audit, attestation, regulatory confirmation or certification by the SEC or any other authority. Research opinions may change without prior notice, and coverage may be withdrawn or suspended.
AQ Score™, Data Trust and research conclusions
The AQ Score™ is a proprietary fund research opinion. The Data Trust indicator communicates evidence quality and coverage; it does not establish investment safety, quality or suitability. Neither is an NRSRO credit rating or a prediction of a specific investment result. Readers should examine the underlying evidence and limitations and not rely solely on the rating or a prominent summary statement.
Fund identities, registry references, and certificates are research identifiers. They are not government-issued certificates or endorsements; they do not confirm a fund's continued compliance with all regulatory requirements, solvency, or suitability for distribution to an investor.
Semi-liquid fund risks
Interval and tender-offer funds may provide only periodic and restricted liquidity, unlike typical daily-redeemable open-end mutual funds or exchange-traded funds. Repurchases or tenders may be subject to fixed or discretionary schedules, caps, prior notice, proration, cash availability, regulatory conditions and suspension or cancellation. Investors may be unable to redeem the quantity desired when desired, and may experience significant delays.
These vehicles may invest in nontraded or hard-to-value assets, underlying funds or continuation vehicles, and may have delayed NAV adjustments, concentrated exposures, leverage, related-party transactions, conflicts of interest and multiple fee layers. A positive report conclusion or apparently sufficient cash balance does not ensure that investor redemption requests can be funded.
Fees, expenses and performance
Quoted fees may be prospectus estimates, historical expense ratios, amounts net of temporary waivers, class-specific charges or AltQ-defined economic approximations. Management fees, incentive allocations, acquired-fund fees, financing costs, shareholder servicing costs, organizational expenses, taxes and adviser-level charges may be reported differently or omitted from a particular headline figure. Consult the stated fee basis and current official disclosures.
Performance may be reported on a NAV basis, gross or net of different expense classes, or over periods that are not directly comparable. Distributions can contain income, realized gains, return of capital or financing proceeds. Historical performance may be revised and is not a reliable forecast of future results. Investors can lose some or all invested capital.
Benchmarks, public-market proxies and estimated metrics
Peer comparisons, public-market equivalents, sensitivity analyses, hypothetical scenarios, IRR, Modified Dietz, PME, active-risk indicators and other calculated measures are dependent on their methods and assumptions. Certain metrics are not suitable or statistically robust where observations, transaction timing, valuations or comparable benchmarks are limited.
Comparable public exposures can move substantially between a private holding's reported valuation dates, but this does not establish that the private asset's NAV must change by the same amount. Liquid benchmarks may differ materially from semi-liquid investments in valuation, trading ability, fees, leverage, diversification and cash-flow timing. Hypothetical and modeled outputs are not actual account performance or trading instructions.
AI and automated research
AltQ may use automated systems, including large language models, for document parsing, normalization, cross-source comparison, subject to Human oversight. Such systems may misread documents, hallucinate explanations, omit important qualifications or reproduce source errors. AltQ seeks to identify material reliance on estimation or inference. AltQ's research review of each score is a research control and is not an assurance of flawless extraction or conclusions.
Conflicts and issuer relationships
Commercial, licensing, issuer or employee relationships may create potential conflicts. AltQ seeks to disclose material conflicts relevant to a research publication. See Editorial Independence & Conflicts of Interest.
No warranties and permitted reliance
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to a separate signed agreement, AltQ makes no warranty that research is complete, accurate, suitable for any intended use or continuously available. AltQ does not assume liability for investment decisions made by readers merely because they consulted a report. Nothing in this disclosure removes rights or liability that cannot legally be waived. Contractual terms appear in the Terms of Service.

To report a suspected data or identity error, send the fund name, registry or report reference, disputed figure and supporting source to info@altq.ai.
